Rick has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology from Colorado Tech University.

- PERL, PHP, HTML, JS - AJAX programming

Rob Patterson
Vice President - Field Operations Group
Rob brings more than twenty years of administrative management and investigative experience to WORLD CHARTER, with law enforcement experience from three California agencies.
Rob is a POST Certified Investigator in:
- Internal Affairs Investigations
- Background Investigations
Rob Patterson will be directing the Law Enforcement Section with tasks that include police officer, dispatcher, and civilian candidate background investigations, as well as Internal Affairs Investigations for client law enforcement agencies.
Rob is also an interview / interrogation expert and teaches related subjects for WCI's Law Enforcement Candidate Seminars.

Angela Martorano
Director - Business Intelligence
Angela brings more than ten years of diverse experience to World Charter. She has experience as a Background Investigator and Case Manager for the County of San Bernardino.
Angela is a graduate of La Verne University with a BS in Business Administration.
